Myths about podcasting

Is podcasting hard?

No! Podcasting is not hard. At first, like anything new, there is a learning curve. Once you get into the swing of things podcasting should take no longer than 2 to 5 hours per week.

There are a lot of moving parts and technology that you need to get your head around, but stick around on the podcast launch co website and you’ll be In good hands.

Does podcasting take lots of time?

When you first start a podcast expect to be dedicating 10 to 15 hours per week. As always when starting something new there is a lot more to learn. Once you start getting good at podcasting it becomes second nature, You start to work out your process, your systems and you get into a really good flow. After some time on customer contact 2 to 3 hours a week. So what are you waiting for hurry up and get started… coz we are here to help!

Can you make money from podcasting?

If you’re looking to start podcasting just to make money, then maybe reconsider. podcasting is fun, exciting and very rewarding and of course, it’s great if you can make money from it but sometimes it’s just a passion. My best advice is to use podcasting as a way of adding authority and credibility to what you’re already doing. Let your podcast amplify your message.
